Joanna Lin Su

Joanna, a news nerd , is a graphic reporter who wrangles with messy data, designs visual elements for stories, and always gets fascinated about building innovative news projects on the web. Studied business journalism for four years back in her home country China, she told stories about business and technology both inside and outside the western bubble. As a digital journalism student now at NYU’s Studio 20 program, she interviewed remotely, crawled the web, coded, and reported on "how the Chinese contact tracing tech system works” with her data and web dev skills.
